Brand Strategy

The Wyndham project was acquired by a new ownership group with a value add strategy. Our first step with ownership was to walk through our brand strategy session which helped identify what would make these apartments unique. We talked through competition, vision, and the purpose of the community.

Brand strategy must be built upon a core understanding of both the product and the audience. Our work in setting the strategy included researching the area on a macro and micro level to full understand the target audience and competition in the area.

Brand Identity

Our team built a number of logo concepts based around the area where the property is located in Texas. We wanted to capture a natural Texas vibe in the brand, which we knew would play well the target audience. With the core identity in place, we also created key messaging for the brand.

At Wyndham, we believe that everyday comfort should not cost extra, so we’ve upgraded each of our apartment homes. You’ll have access to amenities designed with your needs in mind – pool, sundeck, pet park, and fitness center. With easy access to the Loop, you’ll be near parks, shopping, grocery, and restaurants.
