Our project kicked off with a one-day strategy session that involved the project owners, interior designers, and Method Mark team. We used structured exercises to develop the vision and purpose of Ravello 192. We also explored how these townhomes would need to be different than the competition.
Once the strategy is in place, the next piece of our process involves naming the project. We explored over 100 name options for the client before landing on Ravello 192. The project is located off of 192nd street, and we wanted to work the location into the name. We needed a name that represented the the warm, luxury, and private nature of the brand. Ravello is an Italian resort town with beautiful gardens and sweeping views of the ocean. We felt this name captured the essence of the brand.
Stop searching and start living at Ravello 192
The Ravello 192 brand identity is based around the strategic outcomes of our session. We need an elevated brand that represented a product that was different than many other rentals in the area. The brand needed to communicate an elevated experience with a refined look and feel. It also needed to be comfortable, like sipping scotch in your favorite leather chair.
Print and Digital Marketing
Great brands are consistent brands. Method Mark helped Ravello 192 develop a marketing and pre-launch strategy. We defined the a sales strategy based on a target audience and created print and digital assets to help engage this audience.
